To place an event on the calendar, send a message with all pertinent information. Include the exact textual description which will be cut and pasted onto the calendar. Map images and directions are helpful. Do not send any information you do not want posted for the public to view. If anything changes about the event time/place, PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE send a revision as soon as possible. We intend to keep the calendar the most up-to-date information source. If you host a regular event occurring on a weekly or monthly basis, also advise of any cancellations due to holidays, etc.
